1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DutyPro you agree to these Terms. If you use DutyPro on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. The service

DutyPro provides tools to estimate customs duties, surtax, excise and VAT, look up tariffs, and manage related workflows. Results are estimates based on the data and rates available to us and should be verified against official sources for formal declarations.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Free trial & subscriptions

New accounts may start on a free trial. After the trial, continued use may require a paid subscription. Plan limits (such as monthly calculations and team size) apply per your selected plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

DutyPro is provided "as is". Duty calculations are estimates. We are not liable for decisions made based on the results; always confirm with the relevant customs authority.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DutyPro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
