How to use DutyPro
Create your account
Sign up as an individual or register your company. New accounts start on a 3-month free trial of the BASIC plan — no card required.
Calculate duty
Open the Calculator, optionally add a customer, then add each product: HS code, quantity, unit value, currency, origin and trade agreement. Use Advanced for freight and insurance. Add up to 20 products, then Calculate all to see duty, surtax, excise, VAT and the total payable.
Look up tariffs
Use Tariff lookup to search the tariff book by HS code or description and see the applicable rates. Tap a result on mobile, or start typing on the web, for live suggestions.
Save customers & export
Customers you calculate for are saved automatically and can be reused. Open any calculation to export it as a PDF or Excel file for your records or your client.
Manage your plan & team
Track your monthly usage against your quota on the dashboard. Individuals upgrade on the plan screen; company admins manage the team and subscription from the portal.
